BUILT FOR
THE CROWD.

Brand activation builds in Louisiana, from a New Orleans team: big enough to stand in, solid enough for a crowd, and built to come apart at load-out.

THE JOB

An activation is an event people walk into. It has to look right in photos, hold up to a crowd and actually work: the bar pours, the hoop takes a shot, the DJ has somewhere to stand.

At The Double Neighborhood, a Moët Hennessy portfolio event in the courtyard of the New Orleans Athletic Club, Agency 504 handled all of the production logistics and built the oversized installations: a double-hoop wall over a printed half-court, a boombox with the DJ inside, headphones you could walk under, and a facade of lit bottle niches that looks like stone and isn't.

The creative stays yours. We take on the shop drawings, fabrication and in-house printed graphics, then the executive production, crews and regional trucking to put it up and take it home.

WHAT WE
HANDLE.

  • Activation structures and scenic builds
  • Oversized props and walk-in installations
  • Working bars, counters and product displays
  • Printed graphics and wall wraps, in-house
  • Executive production and onsite management
  • Install, strike and regional trucking
EXAMPLES

THE WORK.

QUESTIONS

BEFORE
WE BUILD.

Who comes up with the idea?

You or your agency. We take it from sketch to shop drawings to something people can stand in, and tell you early where the venue, the budget or gravity will push back.

Do you build outside New Orleans?

Yes. New Orleans is home base. We live in the South and produce across the US. Tell us where you're headed.

Can the build be used again?

If it's planned that way. Tell us up front if the piece has a second life, and we'll build the joints, the crating and the storage around it.
