SHEET A-5

SOMEBODY HAS
TO MAKE
IT REAL.

A great idea still has to get through the loading door. That's our part.

Tim McTee Founder & Executive Producer

Tim McTee is the founder and executive producer of Agency 504. Over 18 years he has produced more than 500 events for Fortune 500 brands across the U.S. and internationally, including festivals, corporate programs, trade show exhibits, and large-scale brand activations. He leads every project from concept to install: custom fabrication, printed graphics and signage, crating and shipping, and on-site logistics, all handled by one accountable team. Based in New Orleans, Tim built Agency 504 to be the build-and-logistics partner for brands bringing events to the South. When the show has to be right, he’s the one on the ground making sure it is.

SHEET A-5.5 · THE WAY WE WORK

THE WAY
WE WORK.

Respect the idea.

Understand what matters in the creative direction before working out how to build it.

Know the details.

The material, the measurement, the access window. Small decisions shape the whole job.

Plan the way out.

A good load-out belongs in the conversation from the beginning.

SHEET A-5.6 · HOW A JOB COMES TOGETHER

LESS PASSING
THE BATON.

One partner. One invoice.
A clear path from drawing to load-out.

  1. 1

    Start with the brief.

The idea, the venue, the date. We work through the build, print and logistics scope together.

  2. 2

    Work through the details.

Drawings, materials, access and timings. The decisions that make a plan workable.

  3. 3

    Make it. Get it there.

Fabrication, graphics and transport, coordinated around the same job.

  4. 4

    See it through.

Install, on-site production and dismantle. The exit is part of the plan.

WE MAKING?
