Pop-up bar fabrication from New Orleans: carts, counters and full bars built around the way a bartender works.

THE JOB

A pop-up bar is furniture, signage and a workstation at once. It needs a counter at a working height, storage the bartender can reach without looking, power for the lights, and a footprint that clears the venue door.

The Club Dirty Brew cart at Tales of the Cocktail 2026 shows what we mean: an aluminum frame skinned in gloss black, cut gold vinyl, an internally lit lightbox and open storage, 7'-4" tall on 3.5" casters. The lightbox lettering changed with the service. We took it from the drawings to the floor and ran the show around it.

Pop-up bar fabrication doesn't have to mean a cart. At The Double Neighborhood one bar was an inflatable newsstand and another a built vending machine you could order a drink from. Different shells, same job. It has to pour.

WHAT WE
HANDLE.

  • Mobile bar carts and fixed pop-up bars
  • Counters, back bars and storage planned for service
  • Lightboxes, cut vinyl and printed graphics
  • Footprints checked against the venue door
  • Crating and transport prep
  • Delivery, setup and load-out
EXAMPLES

THE WORK.

Two ways to pour: a cart that changed its sign with the service, and bars built into a block party.

QUESTIONS

BEFORE
WE BUILD.

Will it fit through the door?

That's the first thing we check. Send the venue and, if you have it, the load-in route. Doors, elevators and ramps set the footprint before the styling does.

Who designs the bar?

Bring a sketch and a size. If your agency or brand team has the design, we build from it. If not, we take your sketch to shop drawings and show you what it takes to build.

The rest of what people bring us.

WHAT'S
BEING
POURED?

Send the event, the venue and the service. The drinks decide the storage. The venue decides the rest.
