Conference and general session production

ONE ROOM.
TWO DAYS.
EVERY CUE.

Conference and general session production for associations, brands and agencies: the stage, the signs, the show calling and the logistics, from one team.

The CALM 2026 general session from the back of the room: a full house facing the lit CALM stage and two side screens
THE JOB

A general session is the room everyone comes back to. The stage has to read from the back row, the signs have to get every guest to the right door, and the show has to run on time while the hotel's own rules decide when anything moves.

We produce the show and call it, from the technical and show-caller seat. We build the stage and the scenic in our shop, print the signage and graphics in-house, crate and ship it all, and run the load-in and load-out.

We also handle the parts around the room: hotel logistics and room block contracting for guests. At CALM 2026 that meant a custom stage 44 feet wide and 12 feet tall, giant CALM letters, a podcast studio and every sign in the building.

QUESTIONS

BEFORE
DOORS OPEN.

Do you call the show?

Yes. We produce and call it from the technical and show-caller seat, so one team owns the cues as well as the stage they happen on.

Who designs the stage?

Bring a sketch and a size. If your agency has the design, we build from it. If not, we draw the stage up as shop drawings and build it in our shop. Creative strategy and talent stay with you.

Can you handle the hotel side?

Yes. Hotel logistics and room block contracting for guests are part of what we run, next to the load-in and load-out.

WHAT'S THE
ROOM?

Send the dates, the venue and the headcount. A floor plan helps. The plan can be rough.
