THE JOB

A trade show booth is a small event with a strict floor plan. It has a footprint, a height limit, a move-in window and a show manual that decides who touches what. The build has to respect all of it before anyone sees the graphics.

Bring your agency's design, a dimensioned sketch or just the booth size. We turn it into shop drawings, build the structure so it stands up the way it was drawn, print the graphics in-house and crate it to arrive ready.

Then the same team gets it into the hall, sets it and takes it back out when the show closes. In New Orleans that hall is the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where we work. If the exhibit has another show after this one, short-term warehousing and regional trucking cover the gap.

WHAT WE

  • Exhibit structures, counters and product displays
  • In-house graphics: SEG fabric, direct UV, vinyl
  • Crating and protective transport prep
  • Install and dismantle on the show floor
  • Short-term warehousing between shows
EXAMPLES

THE WORK.

Two jobs that had to travel: a booth built, crated and shipped to Las Vegas, and a general-session stage built and shipped to a Fort Lauderdale hotel.

QUESTIONS

BEFORE
WE BUILD.

Who designs the exhibit?

Bring a sketch and a size. If your agency or in-house team has the design, we build from it. If all you have is a dimensioned sketch or a booth size, we draw it up as shop drawings and build it.

What do you need to quote an exhibit?

The show, the booth size and location, the move-in and move-out dates, and whatever design you have. Renderings help.

What happens to the exhibit after the show?

We dismantle it and crate it. Then we truck it, or hold it in short-term warehousing until it's needed again.
